2010 Diving Routes - Infrastructures of dive sites and promotion of diving

E-mail Print PDF

The project has helped to develop alternative forms for using marine resources according to criteria of environmental sustainability through the identification of submerged areas of great natural beauty accessible by recreational divers compatibly with the purposes of protection and preservation of the seabed of the Marine Protected "Islands Pelagian" and the infrastructure of selected sites with mooring buoys. The end products of the project are two: a series of descriptive tables of diving on the dive sites, a text entitled "Submerged routes ...meetings between nature, science and marine life" (pgg. 98), an instructional book that covers various topics in ecology and marine biology.

Below the illustrative panels with descriptions and photos of diving sites of Marine Protected Area "Pelagie Islands".
